I'm Haile and this is my daughter Tai aka Taiger. In 2020, I was a single mom juggling a hectic schedule, working over 50 hours a week and often spending four days away from home. It tore me up to see my baby girl in tears every time I had to leave. One day she asked me why I had to work so much, and I couldn't come up with a good enough answer. That's when I knew something had to change. I needed a way to make more money without sacrificing my time. I needed cash flow. So, I took a leap of faith and bought my first investment property – a four-plex in Tucson. From that moment on, I was hooked!
